Negotiate new economic/security deal with U.S.

The Liberal Party plans to negotiate a new comprehensive economic and security agreement with the United States after the election to address trade uncertainties and U.S. tariffs. Negotiations are scheduled to begin in May, and Canada will maintain counter-tariffs if necessary while seeking a favourable deal and ending the 'old relationship' based on deeper integration.
