Pursue long-term fight against ISIS

The Conservative government is committed to working with the US-led coalition against ISIS until they are successful. The government has contributed around 600 soldiers in the current campaign which is expected to continue until the beginning of 2016. The campaign is anticipated to cost $528 million.

The Conservatives have also promised to introduce a travel ban on areas directly under the control of ISIS, making it a criminal offence to visit these locations.
